Dave Foster, Jr. joined his Father in 1983 and will lead Real Living Foster Realtors. Dave is a business man with a vision, always strategizing on how to be one step ahead of the competition. With that vision, Dave designed & developed Monroe’s first Real Estate Web site.

Dave believes in an agent-centric business philosophy. He understands that when his sales agents are provided with the best tools and training in the business, they can in turn provide the best service to home buyers and sellers. Recently, with his partnership with Real Living, inc., he has provided his office with a new state-of-the-art Web site and tools his agents need.

Real Living Foster Realtors believes in active participation in the local community and is involved with the Exchange Club, Monroe County Chamber of Commerce, Good Fellows, and Feed the Children.
